Jacky's classes are now finished for the summer while she is at home in Cameroon.
Stay fit and happy in this amazing African dance class specially designed by Jacky Essombe for aerobic fitness, blending the richness of African dance and music with traditional history and culture to create a fun and exciting workout! Come and amaze yourself! And remember there is only one rule: Take your shoes off and smile!
In the fall, classes will be at:
- Roundhouse Community Centre – Sundays, 12:45 pm to 2:15 pm – With LIVE DRUMMING provided by A Small World Drum Collective
- Kitsilano Community Centre – Wednesdays, 5:45 pm to 6:45 pm.
