Nairobi, Lake Nakuru, Maasai Mara, Mombasa – Your dream vacation in Kenya will combine the thrill of wildlife viewing with a few days of relaxation at the Indian Ocean on this safari and beach holiday.

Itinerary

Day 1 Nairobi 
You will be met at the airport and transferred to The Holiday Inn Nairobi for your overnight stay.

Day 2 Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru
After breakfast at your hotel, leave Nairobi for drive to Nakuru, stopping for a boat ride at Lake Naivasha.  Much of the lake is surrounded by forests of the yellow barked Acacia, known as the yellow fever tree. These forests abound with bird life, and Naivasha is known as a world class birding destination.  Leave Naivasha for onward trip to Lake Nakuru National park.  Lunch is served at Lion Hill Lodge in Nakuru upon arrival.  Lake Nakuru is a soda lake on the basin of the Rift Valley. The main attraction to this national park is the large concentration of nearly two million flamingos that flock seasonally to feed on the blue-green algae.  You may spot resident rhinos as you enjoy your afternoon game drive.  Drive back to Lion Hill Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3 Maasai Mara 
Leave Nakuru for drive to Maasai Mara, the perfect wildlife sanctuary.  Lunch is served upon your arrival at Sarova Mara Lodge. The greatest animal spectacle in the world - The Great Migration, occurs here every year.  Besides the numerous zebras and wildebeests, the park hosts rhino, giraffe, topi, elephant, lion, leopard, cheetah, jackals, hyena, hippo and much more.  This park, which is an extension of Tanzania's Serengeti, has more wildlife than anywhere in East Africa.  The Maasai, who live and graze their herds on the outskirts of the park, enjoy a peaceful co-existence with the wildlife.  Enjoy a 2 hr game drive in the Mara and then back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4 Maasai Mara
An early wake up call will be followed by a cup of tea or coffee before a game drive.  Then, back to the lodge where breakfast awaits.  You will then have some free time to laze by the pool, have lunch or visit the gift shop before your afternoon game drive. Back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5 Mombasa
Leave Maasai Mara for drive back to Nairobi where lunch will be served at the Stanley Hotel. Drive to the Wilson Airport for flight to Mombasa which leaves at 1400Hrs.  Upon arrival in Mombasa you will be driven to your Mombasa Serena Beach Hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 6 Mombasa
This day is at your leisure to enjoy the beach and facilities on the beautiful Indian Ocean. Half board accommodation is at Mombasa Serena Beach Hotel.

Day 7 Depart
Drive to Moi International Airport in Mombasa for 9:00 am flight back to Nairobi.  You will be picked up in Nairobi and taken to the famous Carnivore Restaurant for a sumptuous BBQ lunch.  You are then driven back to the Jomo Kenyatta airport for your flight out of Kenya.

Includes meals as indicated, accommodations, park entry fees, airport transfers, all activities listed, return ground transport, and services of driver/guide.  Not included are tips, souvenirs, all beverages and items of a personal nature. Note that Mombasa stay can be extended.
